It’s been a crazy year for the logistics industry with demand for services like warehouses and transportation plummeting in the spring, and then spiking in late summer all the way through the end of the year. Ecommerce grew 3x faster than predicted which led to an unprecedented demand for logistics services. The new normal appears to be volatile for the foreseeable future.
